You'll be so sorry if you're selling in the Eastern Suburbs and don't ask Roger to help. Rare for a real estate agent, he is honest and will explain the truth of the market and not just what you want to hear, then drop his price after you've signed. He will call you at 8am or 9pm and be focused just on YOUR SALE. He knows the market and has great contacts with buyers. I can go on and on, he really is a fantastic agent, but you won't know until you speak with him. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Just call him.
