We have no hesitation in recommending Roger Wardy to anyone considering selling a property. Roger is one of the most hard working agents we have met. He is available at any time of day, 7 days a week to discuss the progress of a sale. Roger called us after every viewing to let us know the number of people who inspected our property and to give us his opinion on which buyers were genuinely interested. He followed up and negotiated with all potential buyers to try to obtain the best possible price. Our property was at the lower price range in the market but Roger approached the sale and worked just as hard as if it was at the very top.
