Whenever we inspected the property Roger was always warm and welcoming, and although the home was un-renovated he made it seem inviting. The property had been home to the Vendor's family for 100 years, and throughout the negotiation process he expressed genuine care and respect for the Vendor, yet enthusiasm for the buyer. It is clear that Roger dedicates his time and energy to his clients, from assisting the Vendor in making the home presentable to being available after hours to accommodate any queries or concerns. Roger was always approachable and timely in his response to any matters. We look forward to filling our new home with wonderful memories, just as the Vendor's family did.
