I’m not normally one to leave reviews (good one at least), however, it was an absolute pleasure selling our property with Rohan and the Buxton team. Through the stress of selling a property Rohan kept us in the loop. His approach was cool, calm and collected with a hint of shark (which all good agents should have). A consummate professional with unmatched market knowledge we were extremely happy with the result and I can’t recommend Rohan highly enough.

Rohan worked hard to achieve an auction outcome that was very acceptable to both vendors and purchaser (me). Smiles all round! Moreover, he has continued to be helpful since the sale, satisfying my several requests and queries very quickly and satisfactorily.

I met Rohan 4 years back when I was initially looking for a place to buy, and even though I did not purchase from him, he stayed in touch with me each year just to see how I was going and if he could help. When the opportunity came up to sell my place, I engaged with Rohan because I already had a level of comfort with him, and I also figured that his database would be quite extensive given my personal experience I had with him. I found Rohan to be completely genuine, and I found his communication throughout our campaign to be exactly what I needed (being a first time seller) - he is very informative and has a wealth of knowledge with the patience to step his client through the process. His negotiation skills and expectation setting are both of a high standard also.

Carol and I can't thank you enough for all the hard work, efficiency and the time you spent in selling our apartment, so quickly within 1 week or so ! We certainly very much appreciate it. We most definitely will recommend you to our friends, who are selling or wanting to purchase their homes, as you are a professional in your expertise. We were lucky to be recommended to you by Serene.

Rohan White from Buxton Real Estate (Albert Park) has sold two of my properties in recent years. I was impressed with his knowledge of the property market, his reliability and professionalism. I have now, by chance, bought a property through him, and as a purchaser, I have also found him to be communicative, trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend him as a genuine Realtor if you wish to feel secure in either the sale or purchase of your real estate. Adrienne Borelli

Really appreciate Rohan's transparent communication throughout the process. As a vendor, its helps a lot that everything he says is sensible and backed with evidence rather than promising unrealistic numbers without substance. When things didn't go to plan, Rohan kept me well informed and worked especially hard to secure what was a more difficult sale.

Didn't know the whole process was so easy. Always returned emails and calls super quick. Cheers Rohan

Rohan kept me informed along all the steps along the way!

Stress free , very organised . Day or night Rohan was there to answer any questions .

I have just sold my second property through Buxton Real Estate with Rohan White. After the first sale several years, I had no hesitation to take enlist his services again. I had ultimate faith and trust in him to be honest and professional, and work hard in my interest. This has been borne out with a fantastic outcome at my recent auction. I don’t say lightly that I would wholeheartedly recommend him to manage your property sale given his knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector.

I found Rohan to be a highly professional agent who committed himself to the task of selling the property. He did this in a way that was fair and reasonable. He also listened to any concerns I had and acted on them, had good market insights, conveyed information clearly and efficiently, and treated the business relationship with respect.

Rowan was upfront, honest and easy to deal with when buying our apartment. Made it a very easy process.
