Rohan was fantastic. Full stop. Not once did he over inflate our expectations and he talked us through the stresses every step of the way. When we needed to change strategy at the 11th hour he walked us through the pros and cons and delivered us a result we were happy with.
We purchased a property with Rohan, he was knowledgable about the area and most helpful and responsive with any questions and queries we had. Although we went to auction for the property and found that process pretty stressful Rohan ensured everything else flowed smoothly.
I chose Rohan and Georgia from a range of local realestate agents for a number of reasons, but primarily for his committment to communications. Being based outside of Victoria, it was important to me that I'd get direct advice, straight talk and regular updates. Rohan and Georgia both kept in frequent touch and helped right through the process.
I met Rohan a few years ago when I was starting my journey as a buyer. I never bought through him in the end, but he gave me such great advice even knowing I wasn't quite in the market. He wasn't trying to sell to me, he just gave me really good advice. He was honest and trustworthy and I found the same things with him when I hired him to sell my house. He wasn't only honest with me, but also with the potential buyers that came through. I couldn't recommend him enough.
Rohan is a very competant agent with a good reputation in the area. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed of progress along the way. Unfortunately our auction did not go to plan, with a buyer walking away from the deal. Rohan persisted and found another buyer, but the price was lower than expectations.
Rohan is a knowledgable and extremely competent agent. He maintained constant communication with us throughout the selling process. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, there needs to be more than 5 stars!
Rohan was super efficient & transparent in his communication regarding my recent purchase of a unit in St. Kilda East.
Not just a great real estate agent, but also a terrific bloke. There's no BS, he keeps you in the loop at every key moment, and goes above and beyond to help you get the price you want. I can't recommend Rohan highly enough, if there were more stars I'd fill those up as well. If you're wondering who you should go with to sell your property in St Kilda, look no further. Rohan is your man.
Rohan is a diligent, hard working, professional agent who has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. His honest and very direct approach, along with the team behind him has made selling our home much easier than we had imagined. He kept us regularly informed and was easy to get hold of if we had questions. We highly recommend Rohan and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
Just a quick note to let those interested know that my experience with Rohan White was excellent. I am time poor so Rohan and Georgia did an awesome job of professionally handling the sale of my property. I was informed about home open times every Monday morning by email and was able to confirm or change as to what suited me best. Rohan was able to analyse the campaign week by week and adjust depending on the previous weeks experience. At first I was hesitant about the marketing spend recommended by Rohan but he and Georgia leveraged all the material and I believe it played a large part in selling the property. Finally Rohan is very direct (in a respectful way)... You know where you stand as a seller and equally the potential bidders were told clearly of the price expectations... Everything that Rohan said he would deliver got delivered and I was and am still incredibly impressed with the experience. Paul Carrington
Our experience with Rohan as our agent was fantastic in every aspect - from the first phone calls with him enquiring about his professional perspective of our property, to the final sale negotiations. At all times his realistic and open approach was so important and very much appreciated as it gave us both the critical and associated information that we needed in order to understand the broader context of selling our property. Rohan gave us clear information at all times that helped us to pitch and manage our expectations appropriately and this greatly helped to reduce anxiety throughout the unavoidably stressful process of selling our family home! Ultimately we were thrilled at the fantastic result that Rohan managed and negotiated for us and would recommend him highly without hesitation.
