We worked recently with Rohan to sell our apartment. At every step of the process we were very happy with Rohan - he was always professional, open and transparent and we had a high degree of trust in him throughout the entire process. He had great knowledge of the local area and market. He was able to achieve a great result for us - getting a higher price than a recent sale of an identical property which we were very happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Rohan services to others.

Rohan was very professional, clear and effective in the sale of my apartment. Appreciate your support Rohan!

Many thanks to Rohan for his help in finding our new apartment. Rohan was true to his word in advising us of suitable properties, including off market, and very patient while a few issues were sorted prior to the sale when we finally found the perfect place. I would recommend using Rohan as an agent and if you are looking to purchase, have a chat to Rohan, he will go out of his way to assist you in finding your new home.

We engaged Rohan because he sold the property upstairs. He immediately had interest from a buyer who missed out from that sale and who ended up purchasing our property. Rohan was very professional, easy to engage with, a good communicator and negotiator.

Working with Rohan was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, but Rohan was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always available to guide me through each step of the process. Rohan went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Rohan has been a delight to work with. From the outset, he put us at ease and was very imperative without overwhelming us. Thank you Rohan.

Communication was great. Rohan was professional and provided a clear and straightforward path through the sales process.

Rohan was very professional, knowledgeable and communicative. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would gladly recommend him to others.

Great working with Rohan! An excellent operator with a wealth of St Kilda knowledge and experience. A great outcome on my sale. Thanks Rohan!

Great follow through and made sure of a good handover to someone else while he was on leave so we didn’t miss a beat. Would absolutely recommend.
