Rohan was great to work with. We didn’t feel pushed into a deal as first home buyers, although he was very professional and we could tell he put his vendor’s best interest first. Rohan made the experience pretty seamless and was great at communicating. Would definitely recommend him.

We found Rohan to be professional in every way. He produced a campaign timeline up front, which set clear expectations. There was clear communication every step of the way, and we appreciated the honest feedback provided to us throughout the process. Rohan had extensive knowledge of the market. We fully understand the reason that Rohan gained the Rate My Agent "Agent of the Year" award for South Melbourne in 2024. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

From start to finish, the sales process for my property was excellent.

Rohan's knowledge and professionalism really helped us to find the right property & feel confident in the purchasing process! From the initial inspection to signing on the dotted line he took the time to assist with all the finer details.

Rohan surpassed my expectations in terms of service and market knowledge. I monitor the market fairly closely and I saw that Rohan consistently gets great results regardless of the state of the market. When it came to me listing my property for sale, I only called Rohan, I wasn't interested in hopeful sales estimates, I wanted a reasonable market assessment of my property and what I could expect to achieve. Rohan was very clear in his communication, his rationale of why it was important for me to make improvements prior to the campaign commencement and the advertised price guide. I followed his advice and achieved a great outcome in a very short time frame. I highly recommend Rohan as an agent.

Rohan was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. As a first homeowner I felt supported and at ease with the process!

We've had three interactions with Rohan in the last 7 years. His analysis of the market is accurate, whether it is in your favour or not. Left this last sale to him - it was seamless, and stressless. Rohan does what he says he will do. His positive energy is impressive and constant. His communication = excellent.

Rohan was always prepared with relevant information to help progress decision making. Good connections to off market buyer, leading to sale without incurring advertising costs.

Rohan was the ultimate professional, I have purchased and now sold with Rohan and his expertise and local area knowledge is second to none. We went from not interested in selling to sold within 3 weeks due to his market contacts and skill. Would highly recommend for Rohan to represent any prospective seller.

I engaged Rohan White from Buxton Port Phillip to sell my property in South Melbourne. We executed all of his advice and recommendations, which delivered an outstanding result on auction day. Rohan has a deep understanding of the local market and the current trends. He provided me with a realistic and accurate appraisal of my property and devised a tailored marketing strategy that maximized the exposure and interest of potential buyers. He also informed me of the inspection feedback and offers and was always honest and transparent about the expectations and outcomes. Rohan was very professional and diligent in his work. He handled all the paperwork and negotiations with efficiency and expertise. He also demonstrated a high level of integrity and ethics, and he always acted in my best interest. He was punctual, reliable, and well-presented, and he showed enthusiasm and passion for his work. He also had a great team behind him that supported him and me throughout the process.

Couldn't be happier. He was always on call and he helped me seal my deal.

I can't rate Rohan's knowledge, communication and professionalism highly enough! At every stage during the sale of my Elwood apartment, Rohan was available, responsive and an excellent communicator throughout. From responding within half an hour to my initial enquiry (off the back of a personal recommendation), to giving me insightful sound advice and a realistic valuation assessment (as a potential vendor) followed by an outstanding sale result within 3 weeks of being on the market with the sale at the top end of the original valuation! SO pleased with the result but equally happy with the level of professionalism and service provided by Rohan and his team. Great vendor experience 11/10 :)
