Ron Fischer

After buying an investment property Ron was selling several years ago my wife and I were very impressed with how he handled himself in that sale. In the intervening 5 years Ron consistently kept in touch with us giving us market updates and his views on valuations. He did this freely and without any expectation for 5 years before we decided to sell our investment properties. We didn't hesitate to choose Ron to sell the properties for us and he has done an excellent job in getting us good sales. We would highly recommend Ron to other potential sellers.

Ron Fischer was pleasant to deal with, and as we were from interstate, he sent us weekly updates on how the open days went, which was good. He overstated the value of the property by 10% at the start, and we had to revalue it twice before we sold. Apart from that the transaction was smooth, and he helped our outgoing tennant find a new home. Thanks Ron and staff.

Ron was very courteous to deal with, although reply emails sometimes did not exist or were slow in coming. However generally we were very happy with Ron's services.
