Ron was amazing. He didn’t give up trying to find a house for our family. He was always available for a call to clarify anything and really made you feel important. He suggested properties to us that fit our criteria and ultimately found one before it went on the market. Our kids loved his funny socks and wore them to every inspection we had with him. Thank you Ron
Ron's strong knowledge of the local market was well received and we greatly appreciated his fast responsiveness and clear communication. Great job Ron and we recommend him to anyone selling their property.
We would highly recommend Ron as a real estate agent. He took over the sale of our property after our previous agent moved interstate and promptly contacted us to arrange a home visit and discuss the next steps. Throughout the process, Ron was professional, reliable and easy to communicate with. He worked around our work hours when arranging inspections and kept us regularly updated on attendance and progress. He was always punctual, approachable and there whenever we needed assistance.

Ron approached us early on in our house selling journey. His years of local knowledge of the area and genuine nature were the primary reasons behind entrusting him to sell our house. We found Ron to be super approachable to chat to and super realistic about the current property climate. If you are looking to sell your house, we strongly recommend Ron Marshall from Ray White Pakenham.
