Mark and Rose kept me in the loop all through the campaign. From prepping the property for sale, to conducting open houses, through to the levels of interest, contracts issued, and how best to approach the auction. It was a difficult sale the market suddenly dropped. However Rosalie and Mark were very supportive and approachable through out. They did a great job and were very open, honest and transparent. Unusual in my experience with real estate agents. I would highly recommend them, Just don't simultaneously sell and buy. Rosalie helped me with the buyer's agent of the other property which made things much smoother.
