Mark and Rose kept me in the loop all through the campaign. From prepping the property for sale, to conducting open houses, through to the levels of interest, contracts issued, and how best to approach the auction. I was a little nervous and apprehensive, as anyone would be with your biggest asset, but it was in more than capable hands. So approaching the auction I was calmly confident, with good reason. It was a difficult sale the market suddenly dropped. However Rosalie and Mark were very supportive and approachable through out. They did a great job and were very open, honest and transparent. Unusual in my experience with real estate agents. I would highly recommend them, Just don't simultaneously sell and buy. Rosalie helped me with the buyer's agent of the other property which made things much smoother.
We sold on time; it was a tough market and there was some work around the unit that made it hard.
