With what may be described as what felt like one of the longest settlements in history, Roz was very patient and assisted us with our queries the entire way. She was easy to get in touch with, always returning calls if one was missed and always got an answer for us regardless of if it was one we wanted or not. Roz helped with a seamless process even whilst we were overseas for settlement - meeting with a friend for a pre settlement inspection.
