I had the pleasure of meeting Roselen when I first went to inspect the property at Petrie that I have now purchased. She was very friendly and professional and conducted the inspection very respectfully of the current owners and their small children and their presence. She was never pushy or tried to do a hard sell. We were pretty easy as prospective purchasers because we put an offer in on the spot. I understand that she was instrumental in them accepting the offer when they did based on her relevant argument about my position in the buyers market. She always promptly followed up with information and made the entire contract period very easy and stress free. She also offered my her own personal trailer for moving if I needed it!
