I would highly recommend filming all communications and declarations that Rosie makes, if you’re about to buy a property from her. Rosie sold me a home with a supposedly working high-tech camera alarm system with home base monitoring, which was not the case. Upon pre-inspection her recollection of promises and chattels included in the sale changed, passing the misunderstanding upon the 84 year old vendor. In addition to false promises, memory lapses and deflecting responsibility to elderly hospitalised vendor, Rosie failed to give me a full set of keys, with a number of doors and security screens locked open, and made no attempts to source out missing ‘house’ keys. Interestingly, she had a full set to conduct home opens but was unable to supply me a set to lock my new million dollar plus house purchase. Any dealings with Rosie should be fully documented to ensure you get what she states and ensure the integrity of the sale is upheld. Lastly, the images of property sold is listed under the wrong address. Highly unprofessional on multiple levels. Proceed with caution and have your solicitor triple check everything.
