It's the easiest thing in the world to find a bad real estate agent, and Melton in particular is very well supplied! I turned to Cooper's in despair in 2015 after being badly let down by my previous property managers, and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Their communication was almost instantaneous, almost always, and any issues that came up were addressed promptly and professionally by a wide range of local trades (this would be simply impossible to arrange for anyone self-managing). When the property market went mad post-Covid I decided to cash in, and Cooper's were of course my only choice. Selling a property is a very stressful experience and you need to place a lot of trust in the people who are selling it, and I personally wouldn't even let most of the other agents in Melton take my bins out on bin night for me, but with Cooper's I knew that everything was in safe hands. I might have left my run a little too late to benefit from the very peak of the madness, but Cooper's got me great results anyway and I now bid Melton a fond (or not-so-fond!) farewell feeling very very satisfied. I happily recommend Cooper's as a professional, reliable and knowledgeable team with ample local experience, and consider them the only choice in Melton to look after your most valuable asset.
