Ross gave us an estimate market range price which we accepted as being in line with other estimates. We were impressed at how much feedback he gave us along the way and when an offer came along, convinced us not to accept the first offer that came along. We sold at above the first offer and are very happy! The property sold in a couple of weeks and while the market clearly had a part to play, we are convinced it was not just a small part played by Ross and his staff.
