Ross all ways kept me informed even though , WA is a compressed market especially with investment units. His patience paid off in the long run. He kept me informed weekly and was easy to deal with. Like all sellers I would have liked more but I am happy with the sales price in a slow market. I would use Ross again.

As a buyer I always feel vulnerable, however, Ross made the process less stressful as he had all the required information to hand. I realize that he was working for the Vendor, and he negotiated hard, but was so professional and was not at all "pushy" - to such an extent that on looking back I actually enjoyed it all even though I ended up paying more than I intended!! If the occasion arises to sell this property I will certainly use his services.
