I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but Ross really exceeded our expectations in selling our 3bedroom, 1 bathroom home. As busy self employed parents we were after someone who really knew what they were doing, knew the market (because we weren't 100% up to speed) and knew how best to market out home to future buyers; whether they be looking for their own home, or to invest, we needed 'our sales guy' to know how to put our homes best foot forward. With an outlook on life that matched our own, a can do attitude (it's a thing that's not just written on resumes), a little bit of a cheeky grin and the ability to think on his feet (or his bottom, as it turned out as distracting our 2yo turned out to be a forte we never thought we'd appreciate in a sales agent when we need home photographs taken!) Ross seriously ticked all the boxes. We had an aim to sell quickly. We had a goal price. We had a quick settlement in mind and mainly, we didn't want any bull* or to be hassled when it wasn't necessary. ALL of these boxes were ticked and then sprinkled with multi coloured glitter! Seriously (ok, maybe not the glitter, but you get the gist). My husband and I would recommend Ross to anyone looking at selling their home, or buying their home and no, that's not the celebratory house sold champagne talking (we drunk that weeks ago!).
