From initial enquiries, to when we decided to use Ross's services to sell our property, we found Ross to be genuine and honest with his advice. His professional and polite manner went a long way with us, the sellers, and of course potential buyers. Queries and issues were dealt with in a timely manner, and ultimately led to a swift and stress-free sale at the right price.
Ross is a genuine person with fantastic local knowlege. From his initial visit, through listing, to sale, he gave impeccable advice every step of the way. The listing looked fantastic, helping us to a very quick sale. We would highly recommend Ross to anybody thinking of selling their property.
Ross is a very good proficient agent. He got our house sold in next to no time, at close to our asking price. We would thoroughly recommend him and will use him again should the need arise. The Agents fees were unimaginably low compared to other agents fees, but the service was NOT lacking in any way. Thank You Ross
