Disappointed

Would never use Harcourts again, due to the disappointing experience we had. Ross wasn’t interested in helping us at all. Multiple questions never got answered. On settlement date no sign of him. We got the keys off the old owner, who was still there after settlement time and left the place absolutely disgusting. We are really disappointed to be treated like we don’t matter. 10/10 don’t recommend.
