We have much pleasure in putting pen to paper to thank Ross Paterson of L J Hooker’s Burleigh Heads Branch for his outstanding effort of selling our much loved Burleigh Waters home for thousands of dollars more than other Local Real Estate Agents valued it at and he did so in under twelve hours of it appearing on the Net. Ross’s services thankfully did not stop or start there, he was more than prepared to go that extra mile and find us new accommodation suitable to our needs. A task that proved to be much harder than we had anticipated owing to the lack of ability by numerous Estate Agents to understand the needs of a partly disabled person, that is until Ross came to our rescue. Agents prior to Ross seemed more interested in achieving a quick sales rather meet our need to find accommodation suitable to Margaret increasing inability to do the tasks she had been undertaking for a lifetime. Ross on the other hand went to great deal of trouble in finding an Apartment that would meet Margaret’s requirements and yet be suitable to Brian’s outdoor lifestyle, not an easy task. Ross not only found us this Apartment he continued on to find and recommend trade-persons capable of doing the renovation work we required in a cost effective and workmanship manner, something we were unlikely to achieve in the short period of time available between buying and selling. So it is a very big thanks Ross and the staff at L J Hookers Burleigh Heads from us with an additional special thanks to Ross’s personal assistant Shanna who went out of her way in helping us both through a difficult period of change.
