To be honest my past expieriences with realestate agents had been pretty average. A friend refered me to Rowade so I decided to give him a go and so glad I did. He worked hard in a quiet property market to hunt down a buyer and his hard work paid off. He managed to get me top dollar so I am well pleased. Thanks Rowade and the team at Hardcourts for a great effort.
I found Rowade to be upfront and honest right from the start , always keeping me informed and updated
He had great market knowledge and made the sale of my property easy and smooth from The initial phone call up until settlement. He was a great communicator and took his time both explaining and listening, all up I am very happy with the service and skills Rowade has shown and will be recommending him and definitely using him again in the near future. Thank you again!
We've bought 2 properties where Rowade acted as the selling agent. Knows the local market. Services clients very well.
His communication skills were excellent, explaining of the processes in depth, and his overall mannerism was fantastic. I'd recommend him to anyone selling a home.
Rowade Was excellent with the sale of my home, as soon as the paperwork was signed, he was straight into the job. Within the first week he presented two excellent offers. and kept me informed with the process from day one. His professional performance being outstanding, I can recommend Rowade with full confidence to anybody thinking of selling. it is rare today to find a salesperson that has his professional integrity intact. Thank you Rowade
Our property needed extra effort to sell and this was provided without hesitation Well done to Rowade
It was such a lovely experience selling my unit with Rowade. I had already had an offer accepted and needed to sell ASAP so I was relieved when Rowade (somehow) managed to get my place up for viewing (pictures and all) within 2-3 days. As well as this his communication skills were great and his knowledge of the market were indispensable. He also showed a great amount of empathy when I had to unexpectedly had to be admitted to hospital at the MOST inconvenient time and reshuffled home opens for me so I could recover. To top off this experience, in the end he managed to get the highest price for any unit sold in my complex. Could not recommend him more. Thanks for everything Rowade :)
Working with Rowade was such a positive experience. From the start, he made me feel like he genuinely cared and was invested in helping me through the process, not just trying to sell a property. He was always quick to respond to messages, happy to answer questions, and kept me updated along the way. Rowade made things feel much easier and more manageable, I really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. I’d happily recommend Rowade and the Harcourts Rockingham team to anyone buying or selling property.
