It was such a lovely experience selling my unit with Rowade. I had already had an offer accepted and needed to sell ASAP so I was relieved when Rowade (somehow) managed to get my place up for viewing (pictures and all) within 2-3 days. As well as this his communication skills were great and his knowledge of the market were indispensable. He also showed a great amount of empathy when I had to unexpectedly had to be admitted to hospital at the MOST inconvenient time and reshuffled home opens for me so I could recover. To top off this experience, in the end he managed to get the highest price for any unit sold in my complex. Could not recommend him more. Thanks for everything Rowade :)

We recently purchased our first home in Warnbro through Rowade Hilwa. From the very moment we wrote the offer and acceptance on the property we had nothing but issues. The main issues we had were around lack of communication and out right lies being told to us by Rowade. A main issue was that he told the sellers of the property that we (the buyers) were going to let them live in the property for 2 months after settlement RENT FREE. When Rowade initially suggested this to us we quickly told him no but he left it until the week before settlement to inform the sellers. We escalated our many issues to the licencee of LJ Hooker Rockingham Baldivis and had less than no help from him either. I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as Rowade. He would ignore all of my calls, emails and text messages. At the final inspection on the property he broke the reticulation in front of us and still has not organised to have it repaired. We also had to continually chase up collection of the keys after settlement. Again he just ignored all of our attempts to contact him and the LJ Hooker office didnt return any of our calls either. It took my husband physically going into the office the day after settlement to ask where the keys were before we had any action taken. I could go on and list so many more issues that we encountered with Rowade and LJ Hooker however I will just say steer clear! The stress that this whole ordeal has placed on us has taken the shine off what should have been such an exciting time for us as first home buyers.
