Rowade Hilwa’s journey began in Melbourne before moving to Rockingham in 2002, where he has proudly called home ever since.
A graduate of Rockingham Senior High School, Rowade earned the prestigious Dux Award and several other accolades during his time there.
After high school, Rowade pursued his passion for real estate, obtaining his license and starting his career in property sales part-time.
Alongside his real estate endeavours, he gained invaluable experience in the mining industry and entrepreneurship.
Rowade’s entrepreneurial spirit has been a driving force behind several successful businesses in the Rockingham area. As the founder of Royal Projects Australia, he specialized in designing and building custom kitchens and laundries, completing various shop fit-outs, and manufacturing food trailers and trucks for Perth’s bustling vendor scene. Additionally, his ventures as a restaurateur have further honed his skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
