Rowan took advantage of the fact that I was an interstate buyer and did not understand the rules of property sale before an auction and the rights of tenants already living in the property. He knew I had sold my home in Queensland and that I was looking to move into the property asap after settlement. It has been three months since settlement and will be a further three months before the tenants plan to leave. I am an age pensioner and being homeless has been, and is continuing to be, very distressing. All I can say is: BUYER BEWARE!
