I visited a property in Oakes Street COOK which Rowan Glanville was conducting an 'open house' exhibition. Looking for an agent I could deal with ( I had already spoken with 4 other agencies) I spoke with Rowan for some time and invited him to appraise my home at 14 Bussell Crescent. Rowan called a few days later and we discussed in detail my preferences for the sale. In short I wanted to avoid any possibility of the stress often associated with Auctions. Whether going to Auction would have produced a higher outcome I will never know. The result he achieved was more than satisfactory to me and included occupancy until end November 2016. What is more there were two issues that concerned me and presumably concerned prospective buyers, One was the 'asbestos house' next door and second was the change of my roof from tiles to waterproof metal. Rowan carried out my wishes to the letter. Referring to the scale above, the COMMUNICATION item shows 4.5 - why that happened I cannot explain - for "communication" I would Say 6+ - and he is still in touch with info regarding my purchaser's progress with the sale of his property.
