Rowan sets a new standard for sales agents

Rowan has been a perfect agent throughout the sale process. I have no hesitation in saying he raised my expectation of agents to a new level through his professionalism, strong market knowledge, patience, and honesty. While most agents appear to have a hands-off approach, Rowan was constantly proactive by getting himself involved in the gardening and cleaning of our property, door knocking around the neighborhood as part of the marketing campaign, and meeting me at locations that would have been inconvenient for him. He constantly kept me informed through phone calls, emails and well documented reports so that I would always have a clear understanding of how the marketing campaign was progressing. This helped immensely on auction day as he explained every strategy and possibility relevant to maximise the sale price. Suffice to say, we had a very well attended auction with strong buyer interest and ultimately a fantastic sales result. He was also very personable, friendly and patient throughout the campaign even though I was a difficult person to contact. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Rowan and the Sothebys team. I will definitely be recommending him to all my colleagues.
