Rowan is a fantastic real estate agent. He was genuine and fair from day 1 when we started dealing with him. We were able to achieve the price of the property along the lines of price guide that was given by him. Easy to deal with and constant updates during the campaign was something I really appreciated. All the best mate and look forward to working with you!

Rowan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was quick to get back to me and answered all my questions. As a first time buyer, I was really unsure about the process, but Rowan explained everything so I could understand. He has excellent market knowledge and I highly recommend you choose Rowan as your real estate agent.

Rowan worked with me on the sale of my Parramatta unit which was uniquely positioned on a potential development site. From the early stages of some cosmetic updates that he managed for me (I’m Queensland based), through the early stages of a challenging campaign, an auction and an 11th hour sale. This was an epic task as the potential development created a niche price point. Rowan was tireless, always positive, thorough and never missed my call. I would not hesitate to recommend Rowan if you’re considering selling. His network is vast, he has a great team behind him and he gets it done with a smile. A great experience in a changing market. Not often you meet an agent who is such a good listener.

Rowan helped me find & look at properties, he was knowledgeable, helpful, professional & answered any concerns or questions I had. He made this a pleasant experience. I’ve dealt with many agents and would definitely recommend Rowan. He was not pushy, extremely patient and understanding & also kept me informed from the very beginning to end. Thank you so much Rowan I am so grateful & happy with my purchase.🙏👍

This is the 3rd property that Rowan has sold for me over the past 10 years. He truly has my best interest at heart and provided me the above and beyond service that I can ever hope for. I feel incredibly lucky to have him as my agent. He made a huge difference to the final sales outcome, as well as provided me the emotional support and excellent judgement on the pricing strategies. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a trusted agent to help you with making the biggest life decision - selling or buying a property. Love your work Rowan!

Rowan is the most professional real estate agent we have ever worked with. He is very down to earth, knows the ins and outs of the property market and gave us enough information to know what to expect. He kept us updated with what the next step was in the sale the whole way through, and responded to our questions and concerns very quickly. We cannot fault him for his communication and professionalism during the entire process. Thanks Rowan!
