Rowan is very pleasant in communication. He knows his job well. I have had a very positive vibe from the day 1 when I spoke with him for the sale of my apartment. He conducted the whole business very professionally. He always returned my calls in a timely manner.

I engaged Rowan to help me sell my late parents home. Rowan was invaluable to me as I live interstate. He took care of everything for me, including buying fresh flowers (my requirement for Mum), washing up my dishes & folding clothes I'd left in the dryer Hahaha True Story! His knowledge of the local market completely reassured me that I was in the right hands. Rowan is articulate as well as down to earth in his approach for selling a home. His fellow Agents were so lovely on Auction day, calming my nerves & keeping me positive. Rowan's professionalism could not be faulted at any time, this guy knows his stuff & is a complete Gentleman Always. To any future Buyers & Sellers, take my advice,,, Engage Rowan as your Real Estate Agent if you want Results.

Rowan is a high professional with broad knowledge in property market and sale. By communicating with me clearly and frequently, I'm comfortable and confident for Rowan to sell my property with reasonable price. It was an enjoyable journey and I highly recommend Rowan to anyone who is thinking to sell your current property.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr Rowan Thredgold. He communicated the whole process really well. He listened to us and knew our goals , and matched us with potential buyer even before marketing process. The whole experience was really smooth. I cannot recommend him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

I engaged Rowan and from the start he was obliging, determined and spent a lot of time and energy with prospective purchasers and a lot of time wasters - more of the latter. But he never gave up and after discussions, various offers and being realistic - we have achieved the result especially in this market. As long as you are realistic and honest with him - he will be the same. Highly recommend him.

Rowan is just a standout agent. He's always on time and reliable. Very friendly and professional. He really knows the parramatta market. He even gave us a good idea to convert our unit to add an extra room, so that we sold at a very happy price. thank you Rowan!

Dealing with Rowan has been an absolute pleasure. The whole experience was hassle free, smooth and quick. Thanks to Rowan and the McGrath team.

Rowan is a superstar and extremely professional and passionate about what he does, dealing with him is always pleasant no matter the demand, a breath of fresh air. Keep it going mate!

Rowan was very professional and helpful at all times. He was a delight to work with, very humble and genuine. The whole process went smoothly by keeping us updated and accommodating our needs. His negotiation skills were beyond impressive- we highly recommend this superstar! Thank you again Rowan.

Rowan provided an excellent service providing regular updates and was professional in all our dealings.

This is our third interaction with Rowan. Once as a purchaser and twice as a vendor. They have all been equally satisfying. Rowan is a straight forward agent who gives his honest opinion, which is so refreshing. We have moved to regional NSW, but if we were still in Sydney, Rowan would be our "GO TO" man.

Being a first time seller, I was very unsure of what makes a good agent to work with. You sign up with an agent and cross your fingers it will go smoothly, that you will get the best outcome possible and that you will feel comfortable working with the agent through the messy sale process. Rowan lived up to my initial impression at our first meeting - calm, responsive and reliable. Rowan called when he said he would, let me ask a bunch of questions and was genuine and honest during the tricker sale process. Made my experience as stress free and smooth as possible. Really appreciated!
