Handled a multiple offer situation very well and was very happy with the end result. Something that's often hard to judge when meeting an agent for the first time is how well they'll handle the complex situations. Rowena is certainly a highly experienced operator and she handled the curve balls that came her way in the high pressure, last few hours before the expiration of the finance clause that certainly required a lot of quick thinking. Due to my busy day job, I was often too busy to take calls but Rowena always came to me well prepared with all the information at hand for me to make a quick decision. Extremely happy with the sale and would use her services again for my next listing.
