I first met Rowena about 4 years ago when she had the cheek to knock on my door. The exclusive period was about to run out with a different agent and she wanted a go at selling my house since there had been no offers at all. I figured if she had the tenacity to do something like that it was worth my time talking to her. She didn’t get anything at the time but stayed in touch over the years. When we decided it was time to sell, I didn’t think to talk to anyone else about selling my houses. I picked up the phone and singed up the next day. During that conversation Rowena said that she would have a contract for me within 3 weeks. My first response to that was ‘yeah whatever’, but I had to eat humble pie on that.
