Rowena and her team did a great job, helping me sell my investment property. She regularly kept me updated, managed expectations appropriately and provided sound feedback of market conditions that enabled me to comfortably make the right business decision. I selected her team for their local knowledge, appealing sales strategy, incentivised commission and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended. I might not have quite got the price I wanted, but I never doubted Rowena did all she could to try and get there and at the end of the day market conditions dictated the final outcome.
