Faced with the task of selling my home for the last 35 years, I was the proverbial startled rabbit. What I did next was make one of my best decisions. I asked Rowena of McGrath Avalon Beach NSW to help in arranging the sale of my home. Rowena has such an insight of the property market and what works she was able to allay my concerns right from the outset. She expertly led me through the state of the real estate market in general and more particularly the Northern Beaches, identified the segments of the market that should be targeted, designed the auction campaign and executed the campaign. Rowena also provided advice on what I should attend to in getting the house sale-ready and was able to put me in touch with a great stylist team and reputable tradespeople. Throughout the campaign, Rowena was always available to answer my queries and kept me fully informed of the progress of the campaign. No request was too minor. As the auction date neared, I was impressed by her ability to find solutions to requests from prospective purchasers who wanted special contract terms. Right through to the auction date, I always had the feeling I had a committed professional team all working and led by Rowena to assist me in such a major enterprise. Before the auction, Rowena led me through what would happen on the day and on the day was available to answer and deal with any last minute issues. The house sold. I know there are other real estate professionals, but at no stage did I second guess my choice of Rowena. I am delighted to provide this review. Not only is Rowena personable but her smile and warm personality , immediately inspire confidence. We were really impressed by her efficiency and the fact that she kept us apprised of the developments in our sale at all times. This enabled us to make informed decisions and lessened the trauma at having to move from a home where we had resided for 38 years. Rowena was very committed to my property and seemed like she had genuine care for us as vendors. She went above and beyond to maintain contact regarding anything that needed my attention.
