For a seven month period from the initial appointment of Rowena to the successful sale at 'well above market value' Rowena's professionalism and patience was evident. The time-frame was lengthy, from preparing for the first home open and myself having little experience with residential sales plus many basic questions, Rowena was very patient explaining every step of the sales, marketing and auction process.
