Roy sold my parents home that they have been living in for 45 years so it was a difficult time for them. Roy made the sale process so easy for them and was happy to liaise with me and keep me in the loop during a difficult time of lockdown when I couldn’t visit them in Sydney. He dropped boxes and food off to them without hesitation. He treated them like they were his parents which took a lot of the stress away from both them and myself.
