Easy and smooth sale

I would recommend any to deal with Roy I found him very experienced and knowledgeable on the area I was selling made our sale very easy with a great outcome.

As you might recall, we had our home to sell in Dundas Valley (Related email attached) and also a unit in Parramatta. Despite being in the middle of a ‘pandemic’ and with 10 days of torrential rains, Roy sold our Dundas Valley home for the asking price within 6 days! The Parramatta unit is on the ground floor and is quite small with an unusual shape to the living room. As a consequence of this, Roy had a challenge on his hands to sell it and it actually took 6 months to gain a deposit. During this time, there were also other units in the block that still remain unsold and so this was quite a concern to my wife and I during the process. Professional, trustworthy and overall great to deal with

We had to find an agent within our LGA to see our much loved home. Roy walked into our home and was very respectful and made us feel at ease in the current lockdown process. We got the price we wanted with 12 hrs which was amazing. This was due to Roy's book of contacts as well as his very thourgh local knowledge.

I met Roy at a property inspection, from a vendors perspective - Roy is a fantastic agent who always has his clients best interest and is always available for a chat. This was obvious, even as the buyer. I would be fairly comfortable with using Roy in the future as my agent. In this scenario - As the buyer Roy was clear and made the process fairly easy.

Roy was super responsive throughout the whole process. I was impressed with his work ethic especially on a weekend and his communication skills.
