Roy gave us an informative show-around of the village, the common facilities and the type of villa we were considering. He kept us up to date with availability, price expectations and key features of the lease contract, which enabled us to quickly finalise a purchase price and agree a settlement date. Roy introduced us to village management staff who explained the day-to-day running of the village that included provision of an explanatory handbook. Altogether a friendly, straightforward procedure and experience of the downsizing process.

Roy was spot on with communication he went the extra mile to make sure you were up to date with what ever you wanted to know, very professional and would recommend him to other people.

Ever since I expressed interest in St Ives at Murdoch, Roy has been most helpful. He has kept in touch with me about units available, he accepted an early offer drafted when I was in hospital, he guided me through the process. He allowed me early inspections in advance of the nominal opening times. Once my offer was accepted, he provided helpful advice during the refurbishment period, and he assisted me to gain access for inspection with other parties. Document signing went smoothly, and Roy also communicated well with my finance broker. I've been very pleased dealing with Roy throughout, from initial interest right through to occupation.

Roy was professional yet friendly and very personable. He was not a typical “real estate agent” some of whom can be pushy and obnoxious. He kept us informed all the time and replied to our questions without delay. He was also very helpful. We liked Roy very much.
