Roy was professional in every sense of the word. He took the pain out of the sale & was on top of any prospective buyer. We had issues with the wet areas and Roy took care of monitoring the progress and negotiating with the prospective buyer. We could not have done this sale without him. Ive bought and sold other properties but this was the most difficult but Roy took out the stress and managed the sale for us. Highly recommend him.
