Rodger arranged an inspection of the property for me at extremely short notice and then a further inspection a few days later when my partner flew up; both times the house was fully opened-up, lights on and ready to view when we arrived and Roger was unobtrusive and let us take as much time as we needed to look things over and come to a decision. Roger was also able to recommend an excellent local conveyancer to me, oversaw the building & pest inspection, and even arranged to do the pre-purchase inspection for me as I was travelling overseas at the time of settlement. I cannot recommend Roger Loughnan highly enough; he is a true gentleman and local expert for the district with extensive market knowledge & experience and is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
