Emails and message were hardly replied in a timely manner and some never got replied especially the contract for sale being signed. A couple of electrical failures failed to be disclosed. In my opinion, the service provided by Roz was unprofessional.
She was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process every question she was able to answer and really catered to our needs and wants
