She responded to messages & queries almost immediately & was so patient & gave up her time out of hours to assist us in getting our offer to purchase signed & finalised really quickly as we were on a really tight time frame. She even went above & beyond to liase with sellers of home to request permission for early possession when it looked like settlement was going to be delayed.
