Not as many buyers through as expected and took awhile to come together until the price was dropped Disappointed that this agency didn’t take at least take 5% deposit the norm is 10% but over the past 10 years 5% is common if the seller agrees Considering the current market in 1770 Ruben achieved a good result for us.
