We came across Rubin on several occasions whilst looking to purchase a property in the Edithvale/Chelsea area. He was always very friendly and honest, there was no B.S. he told you how it was which converted to honesty for us. On occasion we couldn’t make it to inspections/auctions but our daughter could and he took her under his wing. We ended up purchasing a property through Rubin and he was ver helpful and supportive.
