Best Experience of a Real Estate Agent Ever

From the outset Ruben has been personable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ruben & team made the whole experience feel easy and straightforward. AND achieved an outstanding result, selling my home at the very first private inspection to a lovely woman and achieving the price I knew my home was worth. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I’m grateful for his expertise, professionalism and dedication throughout this short process! I think the Ray White system has an innovative marketing approach and excellent systems for following up prospective buyers which really sets them apart. Communication was great, he was always prompt to get back to me. I always felt informed, valued and confident that my home was in good hands. Ruben’s clearly dedicated to establishing a great reputation, and that energy and willingness to go the extra mile are evident in everything he does and how he does it. It’s another point of difference for me, choosing an agent who treats me as a valued friend not a number or dollar sign. His refreshing enthusiasm and positivity add to genuine integrity and strong commitment to ethical success. I was happy knowing that he would treat my prospective purchasers with the same care, honesty and professionalism he shared with me. Extra illustration of Ruben’s good character is the support he has of local community and the appreciated generous donation to a local charity set up for the Nepal flood relief. I also know all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes in the office to make things go smoothly so thank the whole Agnes Water Ray White team. I’ve been buying and selling real estate for over 35 years and this is the best experience I’ve ever had with an agent. Thank you.
