Ruby Vo

Excellent communication and helpful advice all the way!

Ruby was always responsive, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. She is so kind, polite and supportive person. I'd happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Ruby was highly professional, very responsive, good market knowledge and able to secure the best deal for her client. Ruby has integrity and she is highly recommended.

Ruby understand the emotion behind buying property. Instead of shoving information, pursuade to sell, Ruby took time to listen and to address each concern one at a time. Ruby is also very accomodative, taking time out of Sunday family time and appointment to make sure that we are taken care of. Ruby and team is quick with their admin and answer our calls/messages any time.

We had a highly positive experience selling our home with Ruby Vo from McGrath Keysborough. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Ruby is knowledgeable about the local market. What stood out most was her attention to detail regarding our property, she truly understood what made our house special and focused on finding the exact right buyer for it. Throughout the entire process, Ruby kept us constantly updated with transparent, honest feedback about market conditions and buyer interest. We highly recommend Ruby and the McGrath Keysborough team to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and highly professional agent!
