Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my first home buying journey. She was always so friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. If she was ever unable to attend an inspection or meeting, she would always organise for someone else from her team to step in, which I really appreciated. She provided valuable guidance in selecting reliable tradespeople and coordinated seamlessly with them and myself to ensure the renovation was completed on time. Laura has a strong eye for detail and offered clear, practical advice on market conditions and realistic expectations. She also presented a range of marketing strategies, allowing me to choose the approach that suited me best. Throughout the campaign, she displayed a high level of professionalism and demonstrated her deep experience in the local area by adapting strategies at different stages of the marketing process. I would unreservedly recommend Laura as a trustworthy agent to sell your property. She has the local area and market knowledge, combined with a strong team to back her up, to get a great result for both buyer and seller. Laura clearly communicated sale price expectations, fees, her sales strategy and she followed through. She was always honest and transparent with me as the seller so I knew what was happening and what to expect at different stages. Laura provided critical feedback as to work that could be of benefit prior to sale and presentation of the home for photography and openings. Laura proactively and flexibly engaged potential buyers, meaning she was able to facilitate a quick sale with high interest from a number of potential buyers - this vital work was not palmed off to less experienced team members. She was always present for the openings and able to work directly with potential buyers to gauge interest, drive the campaign and negtotiate the best offer. Laura appeared to genuinely want the best and worked extremely hard to get a terrific result. Laura is an agent who focuses on the work of selling your property with integrity. Whilst selling your home is very stressful, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Laura and she made the process very smooth and stress free.
