A very lovely, caring human being as well as being a savvy business woman. She tells it like it is, is very logical yet she is also very intuitive. I had previously had a very scary negative experience with a male selling agent from a different company so I was quite worried going into this process and quite traumatised from it. Rume was very reassuring and understanding about where I was coming from. I actually really appreciated that she didn't try to make up for what had happened to me but she just let her work speak for itself and just did her thing being herself 100% real.
