Rume was GREAT! Super professional, able to receive constructive feedback and adjust accordingly, works fast and is flexible. A very lovely, caring human being as well as being a savvy business woman. She tells it like it is, is very logical yet she is also very intuitive. I had previously had a very scary negative experience with a male selling agent from a different company so I was quite worried going into this process and quite traumatised from it. Rume was very reassuring and understanding about where I was coming from. I actually really appreciated that she didn't try to make up for what had happened to me but she just let her work speak for itself and just did her thing being herself 100% real. Thank you for restoring my faith in the industry Rume. You did more for me than you realise.

Just wanted to share my review of the most amazing Rume Gould! Rume was truly exceptional in the sale of my investment property. I was initially impressed by her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had on the market. Rume was always available to both me and the tenant through the sale. She went above and beyond with all aspects, for which I am very grateful. The sale exceeded my expectations, was smooth for all involved and her fees were much more reasonable than all others I received, by a large margin! I have sold other properties in the past, and I certainly have never had such a smooth and streamlined experience as I did with Rume. And I have certainly never had a real estate agent bend over backwards for her client, tenant and buyer as Rume did for us. Rume also helped my tenant find another rental- that was certainly above and beyond in my books, as she was not the managing agent- I was! What Rume did for me, at a stressful time where I had to sell, makes me consider her not just an agent, but as a friend.
