Simply, Russell was fantastic and couldn't wish for a nicer person. He helped us through some tricky and nerve racking times when no other person did. He was so knowledgeable, went out of his way to find solutions, spoke to us in an amiable manner and was extremely respectful to my mother. As she was part of the negotiation with the house.
