Yes every opportunity of buyer interest was followed-up, as one would expect. However, Ruth was also willing and capable to adapt her campaign strategy along the way, taking advantage of every method of engaging a smaller market, when selling our regional home. As a result she was able to complete our sale in a time frame that worked for us in relation to our desire to relocate. Ruth cared about the sale and demonstrated that she cared about us.
