We were lucky enough to purchase a property from Ryan recently in Brighton. He was professional, helpful, friendly and a complete pleasure to deal with throughout. No request or question was too big or too much of a hassle. Having recently moved from overseas, we had not bought property in Australia before and he was exceptionally patient with us and guided us every step of the way. He really went above and beyond in all elements of the transaction. The negotiation itself was fair and transparent. The vendors had moved overseas during the settlement period, so he ended up going far beyond his job description even once the contracts were signed.
