Selling a house is stressful at the best of times so thank you to Ryan for helping me through this process. His advice was practical and encouraging, yet realistic and his advice kept me on track during this time in a dynamic volatile market.   Ryan was fully engaged in the vendor/agent relationship guiding me through the process and always available to patiently take my questions and keep me informed of progress.
